2. Our Role: Data Controller vs. Data Intermediary

As a Data Controller: We collect and manage personal data from our direct Clients (e.g., name, billing info, business contact details) to provide our services.

 

As a Data Intermediary: When providing the Hybrid AI Engine or Custom CRM services, we process personal data (Leads) on behalf of our Clients. In this capacity, the Client remains the “Data Controller” and is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to share lead data with us.

 

3. Information We Collect

Client Data: Name, business email, phone number, and billing information.

 

Lead Data: Information captured via the Hybrid AI Engine (e.g., WhatsApp numbers, names, and responses to AI qualification questions).

 

Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and usage data collected through our secure infrastructure to ensure system stability and security.

 

4. How We Use Information

Service Delivery: To power the Hybrid AI Engine, automate WhatsApp communications, and manage appointment scheduling.

 

System Optimization: To refine our proprietary AI logic and ensure high-performance message delivery.

 

Communication: To provide technical support and updates regarding your account or project milestones.

 

5. Data Processing & Third-Party Partners

To deliver enterprise-grade automation, Credex Solutions utilizes secure, third-party infrastructure and API partners.

 

We ensure that all third-party partners maintain rigorous security standards.

 

Personal data is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties for marketing purposes.

 

Data is only shared with partners to the extent necessary to perform the automated functions of the Hybrid AI Engine.

 

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

Access Control: Only authorized Credex Solutions personnel have access to sensitive data for the purposes of maintenance and support.

Client Account Data: Retained for the duration of the business relationship plus any period required by Singapore law for tax and accounting purposes.

 

Lead Data: Upon termination of service, we provide an export of lead data to the Client. Credex Solutions will delete all lead data from its active processing environment within a reasonable timeframe (standard: 30–60 days) unless otherwise requested by the Client in writing.

 

8. Client Responsibilities (PDPA Compliance)

Clients using the Hybrid AI Engine or Branding Services warrant that they have obtained the necessary consent from their leads to be contacted via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS in accordance with the PDPA and the Spam Control Act. Credex Solutions is not liable for any breaches of consent initiated by the Client’s lead-generation sources.

 

9. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

 

Access the personal data we hold about you.

 

Request the correction of any inaccuracies.

 

Withdraw consent for data processing (subject to contractual obligations).
